"I wanted to let you know of some changes in my personal life. As you know, I have a form of lymphoma that I have been battling for a couple of years. The side effects from the chemotherapy treatments have been particularly bad and now getting worse. It has made things challenging up to now but the effects are getting worse and interfering with my work and being an efficient sales & service representative to you. Because of this, I am leaving to retire on disability, effective August 31st.
I have been in the tag and label business since 1979 and serving you, here at Fernqvist Labeling Solutions, for over seventeen years. I have enjoyed helping you with your needs for these many years. It is important to know that great service will continue after I am gone,..I just don't know who my replacement is yet.
But until I have left after the 31st, I encourage you to place any label or supply orders that you may be needing in the next month or two, while I can help you. Mr. Per Fernqvist will be looking for my replacement and I am sure you will be very pleased with his selection but that will take a little time, which is why I urge you to look at your inventory. If you need my assistance while I am still here, I would be honored to help you one last time. I will be gone on a previously planned, short vacation, from August 23rd thru August 28th but will available before and after those dates.
