Buying a label printing system gives you optimal flexibility when creating labels at a more economical price. When choosing a printer, you must first decide what size, quantity, and type of label will be used in your system. Printing widths are generally four, six, or eight inches. The resolution range from 200 to 600 dpi for thermal transfer printers, up to 4800x1200 dpi for LX series inkjet printers. Higher resolutions are ideal for small labels and intricate designs.
